solution:
Check whether the completion signal of the marking machine is always given, the completion signal needs to be changed to pulse output, and the output time length (pulse width) is recommended to be set to 200MS;
Check whether the port setting of the marking software is consistent with the factory setting port of the marking machine;
2. The large turntable of the eight-station divider cannot be rotated?
solution:
Check whether the small turntable returns to zero and whether the zero return signal is normal;
Check the marking completion signal, whether there is a completion signal given, whether the marking card and the PLC are in common ground, if not, they must be in common ground;
Check whether the PLC output point has signal output, please refer to the electrical schematic diagram for details;
Check whether the PLC output signal and the relay powered by the splitter power motor are in good condition. If the relay is burned out, please replace the relay;
