Cutting nozzle, one of the main consumables of laser cutting machine, plays a very key role in the
processing process. The most used of these is the conical nozzle, which has the advantages of good cutting
quality and high cutting accuracy. Generally used for nitrogen cutting stainless steel, fine cutting with
relatively high surface requirements. After passing through the inner core, the auxiliary gas will undergo
secondary expansion to increase the gas velocity, and then reach the working face through the end hole. The
advantage of this is that it can reduce the generation of shock waves and increase the gas velocity, thereby
improving the efficiency of gas participation in cutting, taking away slag, and heat. By using the inner core,
the processing difficulty can be reduced.
