Cutting nozzle, one of the main consumables of laser cutting machine, plays a very key role in the processing process. The most used of these is the conical nozzle, which has the advantages of good cutting quality and high cutting accuracy. Generally used for nitrogen cutting stainless steel, fine cutting with relatively high surface requirements. After passing through the inner core, the auxiliary gas will undergo secondary expansion to increase the gas velocity, and then reach the working face through the end hole. The advantage of this is that it can reduce the generation of shock waves and increase the gas velocity, thereby improving the efficiency of gas participation in cutting, taking away slag, and heat. By using the inner core, the processing difficulty can be reduced.
· When cutting a thin plate below 3mm, it is recommended to choose a diameter of 1mm, so that the cutting gap will be thinner. If the diameter is larger, the gap will be thicker, and the position of the corner will not be smooth.
· When cutting a thick plate of 3mm~10mm, it is recommended to choose a diameter of 1.5mm. The heat dissipation area is relatively large, which will make the airflow slower, and the cutting will be more stable.
· When cutting plates with a diameter of 10mm or more, it is recommended to choose a nozzle with a diameter of 2mm or more.

6. We will not compensate for any damage caused by abusing, misusing, improper handling, accidental damage, failure handling, or damage caused by improper installation.
7. We will not replace the products that have been delivered or used, except for those with quality problems.
