Raycus ABP Hybrid Cleaning Lasers for laser cleaning and Rust removal
Raycus ABP hybrid cleaning laser has ring beam combining technology to shape the output laser into ring spot. The central core is the pulsed spot with high peak power, and the ring core is a high-power continuous spot. Those two spots are independent of each other without covering. Compared with traditional hybrid cleaning beam create through the combination of external optical paths, the power density of the outside ring beam of the ABP Hybrid Laser is increased significantly, greatly improving cleaning efficiency. For different cleaning surface materials and colors, a wider range of wavelengths can be selected. Combined with automatic methods, it can be widely used in rail transit, ships, aerospace and other fields, and can achieve large-scale cleaning of rust layers, aluminum alloys and other non-ferrous metal oxide layers.
